I have been with Acanac for 5+ years. I first started with dsl and now on cable 60/10. There has only been one time a few years ago where my service was interrupted and the diagnosis process was time consuming and frustrating. Acanac did remedy my issue by extending my contract for the days that I had no service. I usually pre-pay for the year. The only drawback is that if the price is reduce
